Jahyzanna Wieder
Jahyzanna Wieder is a nonprofit operations and strategy consultant born and raised in the Monterey Peninsula. Her work is deeply informed by the communities she comes from and the organizations she has served, grounding her approach in both lived experience and practical leadership.
Jahyzanna brings experience across nonprofit operations, human resources, and systems building, as well as a background working with manufacturing and community based organizations. She has supported teams through organizational growth, operational transitions, and capacity building, with a focus on creating structures that are clear, sustainable, and people centered.
Her approach is collaborative and rooted in understanding how organizations function day to day. Jahyzanna works alongside nonprofit leaders and teams to strengthen internal systems, improve workflows, and reduce operational strain so organizations can better support their staff, programs, and communities.
She believes strong operations are essential to advancing mission driven work and building long term impact.
